WHAT IS A CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE? Our office is responsible for administering all Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
cases filed in the state of Colorado (collecting funds from individual
debtors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and disbursing those funds to their creditors
according to each Court-confirmed Chapter 13 Plan). We are not the
Bankruptcy

If you need copies of documents from a bankruptcy case, please contact
the Court because only the Court has ALL the officially filed documents
in any bankruptcy case.
